The Captain

Even after three decades, I still love what I do as much as I did from the exciting beginnings. I feel my guided tours under the midnight sun between massive icebergs, among whales, seals, and the halibut fishing boats are a reward both for myself as well as for my guests. I love sharing my experiences with them.

I also enjoy sharing my firsthand knowledge of the country, the people, their culture and history, as well as about the environment and nature. When I was a young man, I became inspired by curiosity to quench a thirst for adventure. This led me to Greenland in 1985, and now I can look back on an exciting and fulfilling life.
